speed scope is from rated speed*10% to rated speed*150%. For example if you select rated
speed:21M/Min, slowest speed is 2.1M/Min.DGBL Series Motorized Roller is fixed torque
output and the torque is same for rated speed:31.5M/Min and slowest speed:2.1M/Min.
